At St Michael's we provide Cycling proficiency courses for all year 4 and 5 children. In addition we also run a Transition ride for children in Year 6 who will be riding their bikes to Secondary school.
Cycle training is not compulsory, however parental consent is required to take part. You will also need your own roadworthy bike and a helmet must be worn.
Please note-If your child has an instrumental lesson on the planned day please inform your class teacher so your child can be swapped into another group. No refunds will be given for missed instrumental lessons

06.03.18 - Free Cycle training courses for KS2 children in the Easter Holidays
12/01/18 - Year 5, five week Cycle training new group starts. Letters will come home Friday 5th Jan to those children taking part in this terms course.

Letters coming home otday - 12/09/17. Please return by Friday 15th September if you would like your child to take part.
You can download the letters if you have lost your copy from school. Please return to the school office.

Year 4 children will be bringing home consent forms for Level 2 cycle training starting in Year 5. Please return to Mrs Starr at the school office.
Groups of 20 children will take part for 5 session each term. The full 5 sessions need to be completed to achieve the Level.
New children joining mid term can download the letters below and give to the office.
We can order a helmet for you through South Gloucestershire Cycle training team at a cost of £8.00. Please print out the order form below and return completed to the school office. Please include payment with order.
