St Michael's CE VC Primary School

Welcome to St Michael's School website

'The school atmosphere is vibrant and dynamic. Pupils are happy and enjoy their learning. Staff have high expectations of all pupils, regardless of their background or ability. The school continues to be good.'

Ofsted, September 2016

Welcome to St Michael's Primary School! We are located in Stoke Gifford, close to Bristol Parkway station and about 8 miles north of Bristol city centre. We are the largest primary school in South Gloucestershire, with 663 pupils currently on roll. We are a happy, friendly school that offers a very enjoyable and motivating curriculum, as well as many extra-curricular activities.

School Vision

At St Michael’s Primary School we believe in the uniqueness and potential of each individual. We aim to be a safe, happy learning community which cares for each other, and the world in which we live.

We hope you enjoy exploring our website: we are very proud of all our children and lots of the things they do are on show here. If you would like to see us in action, particularly if you are a prospective parent, please contact us to arrange a visit.

If you are a parent of a child due to start school in Sept 2017, please click on the 'Information' link above, then go to 'Admissions'. (Or just click here!)

We hope to see you soon.

Mark Freeman, Headteacher
